Sound shuttering youview box bt

Help I was an old you view customer and decided to return, two days viewing was fine now for the weekend the sound has been dipping in and out its really annoying, I've checked wires, I've ffw and rew and paused the films ect, I've reset hub and youview box still the same, I have messed now TV over 12 hours ago no reply?! I'm on my 14 day free trial and I'm disappointed again! I left as was poor service before 😞

This is a bit of a long shot, but if you have a BT Router have you disabled the smart setup feature by following this link instructions (make sure smart setup is switched off).

Just wondering if you have changed your HDMI cable to see if that makes any difference ti your Movies that your trying to view ?

 

Also @schnapps recommendation about Smart Set up is also worth a go.
