Sound keeps cutting out

I have Nowtv on my youview box and up until today I haven't has any problems. With every film I have tried to watch the sound cuts out repeatedly, I have to pause and play to bring the sound back or rewind it and it's actually quite frustrating. My TV is fine so it's not that and my Internet connection is fine.

Somehow you've managed to submit your post within the NOW TV Box (white) sub-section of the forum. You'll have more luck searching for a solution/asking your questions within this forums dedicated: YouView sub-section.

Have you tried rebooting your YouView box by unplugging the box at the mains power ?

 

Might be worth a go if you haven't tried it yet.

Hi @Anonymous User

 

Sorry to hear that your having some issues with our service on your YouView Box.

 

Have you tried swapping the ends of your HDMI cable round as sometimes that helps with sound issues.

 

Also if you can make sure that your YouView box is fully upto date.

 

As there are a few YouView Boxes available can you let me know the make and model of yours and also your Internet provider ?
