Sound issues

Have attempted to watch 7 episodes of season 8 Walking Dead, am experiencing sound flickering and cut outs at random points throughout the episodes. Almost every episode is effected. The audio cuts for anything from 1 second to 5 seconds. 

This is not due to poor signal or buffering  

Have attempted to watch this via smart tv app and also through now tv app on PS4.

Experiencing the same issue on both.

just spoke to an adviser about this issue again, they said they are still working on it, i asked them for a time frame , they said they couldnt say and they will be in touch by email when this problem is fixed, so again no further forward
