Sound Distortion on BT YouView box on Nowtv Crime Channel

Hi and am trying to watch channel 362 on BT YouView Box 4kHD Nowtv Crime HD and the sound is distorted sound like chipmunks  on helium, the picture is fine and all other channels are fine 

This has been going on for hours and now just tried the other non hd channel number 347 and sounds is ok well I say ok its a bit quiet and then loud 

I am running Halo 1 Broadband all other HD channels are ok

What happens if you watch the Sky Crime live channel via the NowTV App on your Youview Box ?

 

If the sound issue only relates to channel 362 via the BT TV EPG channel guide then you might be better off reporting it to BT TV in the first instance.
