Finally found the solution to my issue with NOW Tv on my Samsung smart TV. Found this buried in other posts, so adding it a bit clearer for others to be able to find.
The issue is that when selecting the Now TV app from the smart menu. The spinning circles just continue forever.
To solve:
- Open the apps browser
- Search for Now TV and move the cursor over it.
- Hold the select button until the menu appears
- Select Reinstall
