@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. Only some models of LG and Samsung smart TVs have a NOW TV app available to them (you can't download NOW TV on a smart TV using an on-screen browser). Have a look on the following page to see which devices are supported

Make sure you press the cast button in the NOW TV app and the 'ready to cast' screen appears on your TV before you choose what you want to watch.
