I have a cello smart tv which was playing now tv perfectly up until a couple of days ago now it says tv is not supported any ideas anyone

I'll hazard a guess that your TV is an Android TV and has done an update? NowTv has only ever supported mobile Android devices (they don't even support Chromebook) so I doubt there's much they will do for you.
