New to the community.
I have been watching and using sky sports passes to watch Premier league on my LG TV.
I have been doing this for some time and recently I now get error messages and suddenly an error message comes up and it shuts off. I start it again and it may work for a few minutes and does the same again. The tv is an lg webos tv model which has all the apps pre installed. I've looked for updates on the tv and it is all up to date. I even connected the old black now tv box and that doesn't seem to do anything now !
Any help appreciated.
Yes I've done all the switching off and even the router etc
Unfortunately didn't make a note of the error code.
So annoying I pay £10 for the pass and end up having to watch it on my tablet.

I don't own an LG Smart TV, but maybe try a fresh download of the NowTV App.
I get an error message "Sorry there is an error in the Player" when watching live Sky Sports on my NowTV box (only once or twice a month, though some people have reported it's happening more for them).
Usually jumping out of the live Sports Stream by pressing the back button and then select the Sky Sports channel works for me.
Does your black NowTV box suffer the same error message or something different ?
Maybe try a factory reset on your NowTV box ?

Have you managed to try a factory reset to your LG TV?
When I had my LG TV one thing I found is that I often had to set it back to factory settings just to get Now TV working again. It’s definitely worth trying if you can.
