Sky sports no sound

I have recently got a Samsung smart uhd TV and downloaded the now TV app everything works on other apps but I cant get any sound when using the now TV any help would be appreciated

Looks like that you are not the only Samsung Smart TV owner having sound issues via the inbuilt NowTV App today.

Solved the problem just plug out Samsung smart TV, plug it back in sound on now tv app is now working

Plug out TV, turn back on and it will work
