Sky one not streaming on LG tv

Sky one appears to be encrypted on my now tv app on an LG tv. It looks exactly the same as discovery has since it was taken off. All other channels and on demand working as normal.

Have deleted and reinstalled app and definitely have an entertainment pass. Anyone got any ideas?

You could try both unplugging your router and TV for a few minutes.

 

Worst case you can set the TV back to factory settings.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Then I would hit the TV with a full factory reset. As this is prone to squashing bugs on the system.
