For the past 2 to 3 days I am unable to watch any content on Sky Living through Now TV/Apple TV.
Restoring purchase is not solving the issue.
I could not find any way to contact Customer Support.

There must have been a bug at the NOW TV end.
The channel list has now been updated to Sky Witness and is working.
You are right, in the past month or so Sky Living had changed to Sky Witness. However for the past 2 days it has reverted to Sky Living. Probably an error somewhere.
It is now back to Sky Witness and accessible.

Still no way forward.
Suggestions have been:

5 different people, none of them able to describe back to me my original problem.
Some caught out blatantly lying:
"we are not responsible for any NOW TV app problem, contact the 3rd party developper"
"sorry for the previous response, we are responsible for the NOW TV app"
Is the team poorly qualified, unprofessional or simply trained not to deal with issues outside of a script?
I have rarely experienced such a level of disregard for the consumer.
Same issue. I can access and watch Sky Witness if I select it directly from the Live TV menu but the schedule is wrong.
If I scroll across from another channel like Sky One or Atlantic, it shows up as Sky Living, has the correct schedule, but sends me to a purchase restore screen.
Clearly a Now TV issue, that should be sorted...
Try this, you might have residual beacons/cookies on your box.
Ensure that you fully shutdown NOW TV -
Double click the Screen on the remote (Physical button, first down on RHS) swipe up NOW TV and whilst your at it, do it with all other apps too. This'll shut down the apps.
Once all your apps are closed, shutdown AppleTV from the settings menu.
Leave the box for two minutes.
Restart AppleTV and allow it to load cleanly without any running apps
Shutdown the system once again. This ensures that no operational apps have been selected and you're shutting down a completely clean system.
Leave again for a couple of mins more.
Restart the System and then try NOW TV.
Hopefully the process above will fully clean the unit.
