Only upgraded to Boost to get two users to be able to watch at same time. However since upgrade very slow, constant buffering. My question is, does boost "upgrade" the video quality. I'm not technical but did I see the Boost mention "720p HD quality", and perhaps on the basic service I was on less than that?

30 Mb/s avg. The problem is when daughter is also streaming. When not in the house, Now works perfectly. As I said though, we both used to stream OK, it;s only since I activated Boost? cheers

Ref - Video Quality setting from Standard to Low on one/both of your viewing devices to see if that will allow you a buffer-free experience.
How do you do this? Can't seem to find anywhere in my account to do this?
