Setting up of second device

I’ve just set up NOWTV on our second TV in the home but the packages purchased via the initial TV do not show - any ideas why?

Hi @Anonymous User 

What's your playback device on your second TV ?

I am assuming you have set up the second nowtv device using the same account details has your first TV ?

Have you tried going into the NowTV App and select My Account and log out of the NowTV on your second TV, then reboot the device by switching off the power for 30 secs, then sign back in with the same exact details that you used on your first TV.
