Set up on you view box

Hi

 

I have a you view box which was set up to watch sports with my late husband's account.

Now I have my own account the box offers me the choices menu and then asks me to choose a package.

There is no option to enter my log in details.

Can anybody help?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

From the NOW App home screen page on your Youview box, have you scrolled down to the bottom of the screen and clicked on the bottom grid row where you should see the My Account tile box to click on to enter the relevant account details.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Forgot to add once you click on the My Account tile box, if you see a screen with two box entries and can't type your email address and NOW password, then try pressing the OK button on the Youview remote controller to bring up the on screen keyboard.
