Samsung TV log in issue

I have bought a 6month cinema and entertainment membership. I am currently logged in on three devices, two tvs and my iPad and I am trying to log in on my living room TV and I cannot find where to entered my log in details. One of my current devices is a Samsung tv and when I tried to watch a film on that it gave me an option to enter my log in details however when I am trying this other Samsung tv it just keeps directing me to buy a membership with no option to log in with a pre-existing account. 

I am not trying to steam at the same time either. 

I have tried going on the app on my phone and on to setting and my devices but again there is no option to add a device. 

I have also checked your help pages but they simply explain downloading the app and then logging in but it’s the log in page that I cannot find. 

Could you help with this please?

In the app you need to scroll all the way to the bottom until you see a row of options. One should be “account” in there you’ll be able to log in.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
