I have a 2020 model Samsung TV tried to watch NOW but it is requesting firmware update.
I check to see if my TVs firmware is up to date, which it is, still no luck with the NOW app.
Any help would be appreciated!

Try clearing the app cache/data.

Then do a reboot to the TV and router.
