I am using a Samsung Smart TV which was working normally. This morning, it suddenly not playing any video, despite the internet connection is intact and I can still browse through the content lists of every app. I tried the BBC iPlayer, NOW TV, YouTube, DW, ITV and all of them just showed "error" and one of the app displayed the code "VSF:Shaka_Error_3016".
The strange thing is I can play videos on other devices but just the TV got problems. Does anyone know how to solve the issue or who shall I contact to seek help?

Try clearing the app cache and data

Then unplug both your TV and router for a minute or two.
