Samsung TV app updated - but it thinks it is a new device

I have 2 Samsungs TVs with Now.TV Apps.

They have been working perfectly fine, until the apps themselves needed updating.  

In doing so my account counted the Samsung TVs as "New devices" and therefore I have used my quota up, even though Now.TV has always been on those TVs since we had them,

My son now wants to add Now.TV app to his PS4, but I cannot do this as I am out of "swaps" for the month.
