Samsung TV App

I have a 2015 Samsung Smart TV. I am able to load the NOW TV app, however I am unable to scroll through any of the films or any of the entertainment programmes. This is the only app on my TV that I am having problems with, can anyone suggest what is wrong / how this could be fixed.

That's strange @Anonymous User

 

Suggest you try deleting the app and then re-installing (search for it and install from the search results)

Thank you for your reply. I am unable to delete the app from my TV and I have tried to update the app, but there is no update available.
