I keep receiving this error:
Oops something went wrong.
SHAKA_ERROR_1002.MAIN_CONTENT
I have reset my router and reinstalled the app on my TV and still keep getting it. Other streaming services are working fine.
Infrequently occurs on several TV shows and I think it has a higher likelihood of happening during a TV Advertisement. I've been using NowTV for a while now and this has been only started to happen within the last week.

Reading the tweets over on NOW Twitter today it seems that NOW are investigating a number error messages (including this message) that customers are seeing across various playback devices.
If you use Twitter send them a tweet or perhaps get in touch with NOW live chat.
