Roku streaming stick+ Dolby digital boost?

i have a roku streaming stick+ and am trying to setup to use the digital sound with not tv boost.
 
anyone can confirm if this is support and easiest way to setup and test - I only have sky sports - thanks


I have Yamaha an receiver and using HDMI audio.

For some strange reason, it doesn’t work with Sports alone. But if you can take a free trial of anything you haven’t tried before, such as Hayu, and then immediately cancel it so you don’t get charged, you can take a Boost, and trial it on Sports. Even though Hayu can’t use Boosts and Sports can.

 

Then configuré the Stick, in Settings, to use Dolby Digital Plus; go into the NowTV app My Account, and click the Boost button.

 

With your Yammy wired by HDMI to the ARC HDMI input on your TV, you should now get 5.1 through it.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
