Roku Premier No Logon Screen

Just plugged in a new Roku and updated Roku software to latest level

Added Now Tv channel but I cannot logon.

No logon screen just a message board saying add your passes now

 

Switched off Router and Roku but same issue.  Removed Now channel and re added vut same again

Thanks for advice

Normally pressing the right directional arrow on the remote gets you past the NowTV advertising screen page.

 

What happens if you go into the Roku search section, then type something which is available on NowTV such has The Walking Dead, then select the NowTV Walking Dead option from the choice of places where to stream it from, then what happens next if you select an episode from NowTV does it ask you to buy a pass or give you the option to login with your existing nowtv account details ?

Ah - here, on my Android phone, it's a little icon of a picture, not a camera. And it painted itself straight in. Easier if anything.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
