Now TV has stopped working on my Roku Express device.
I tried talking to an agent and after following troubleshooting steps said they were escalating to the technical team. The chat session was then disconnected and I’ve not received any emails.
Whenever I try to watch Now TV content I get the message “Sorry, something went wong”.
All other apps are working on my Roku Express device.
Now TV is working on my iPad.
Can anyone help me with this issue?
Ive done the following:
delete and reinstall app
reset network connection
