Repeated blurring on NowTV app (2018 model Samsung TV)

Keep seeing image blurring on the inbuilt app as if the bandwidth is dropping but have a steady 76 Mbps FTTP connection from a business grade provider coming in and there's no apparent issues with Wi-Fi signal (have a router and range extender with single AP name with 2.4GHz and 5 GHz active)

 

All devices have latest firmware.

 

Any ideas?
