Assuming you mean on a YouView box, no - the apps you get are fixed, and decided by YouView themselves.
Two questions:-
Why do you want to do this? As I can perhaps suggest a workaround, depending on what you are trying to achieve**.
Is this anything to do with Now? As superficially, it does not seem to be?
**A mistake people can make is to have an objective, think of a way it might be achieved, and then ask about that.
If you say what you are trying to achieve, instead of asking how you do something that might be just one way to achieve it, and might anyway not be feasible, you will likely get much better answers!
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
