Hi, I just re subsribed tonight and had to reset my password. I can stream content in my iPad, but my tv tells me to buy a pass. It’s changed it’s message now and is saying Sorry, there was an error in the player. Can anyone advise please

The error in the player is quite a common error across a lot of NOW platforms.
Have you tried backing out of the NOW App and temporary unplugging the power to your playback device ?
I am assuming you are using a Roku Player ?

Additional to the solution, I ended up resolving with a factory reset. I'd not been on for quite a while. It all went through really easily. Just make sure you can log into your account properly when doing the reset
