Reconnecting replacement now tv box

I have changed my now tv units with old ones however when I enter the I’d and pass word the now tv unit informs me that I’ve already have old box connected and I cannot change to new unit till the next month but this has gone on for two months am I have already deleted the old box off the system so how do I reconnect the new ones

Jump over to live chat and ask them to reset all your devices on your account.

Once live chat have done this for you, watch some nowtv content on the 4 devices you want to add back again onto your account.
