Purchased Entertainment Pass Not Activated How do I cancel safely?

I have just purchased new entrainment, i have already got sky cinema on my now tv app on bt tv but now the entertainment package isn't there. How do i get it on my tv?

If you are using a BT Youview box then you won't be able to watch entertainment on it with your NowTV entertainment pass, where the Youview boxes are not currently supported (only on demand movies).

Oh dam. I never new that. Thank you for your help. I now have spent the money how do I get the refund? I only want to watch on my tv. Is there way of me being able to watch on tv, with the new niw stick maybe?

Hi @Anonymous User 

The nowtv stick would be the cheapest option (assuming you have a spare HDMI port on your TV).

You can pick up the stick with a bundled pass for £15 at the moment from places such has Argos, Currys etc.

With regards to a refund you will need to take this up with nowtv live chat.
