Programmes won’t load

Have previously had monthly pass and had no problems watching through the app. Not had a monthly pass for a while though

Today I bought year entertainment pass. Every time I click on a programme to watch I am taken back to the sign in screen. 
Would appreciate some help sorting this has anyone any ideas ?

Hi @Anonymous User 


Are you using a LG Smart TV with the inbuilt native NowTV App on it or are you using a NowTV Box or Stick connected to your LG Television ?


I don't own a LG Smart TV, but have you tried unplugging the power to both your Router & Television, then after a minute reboot the Router first (give it say 5 minutes to settle down) then switch the power back on your television and try the NowTV App again.


If that doesn't work try deleting the NowTV App and install a fresh NowTV App from your television Apps Store.


Should it be a NowTV Box or Stick then see if there is anything in the link guide below gets you up and running again.
