Problems with new NOWTV app on Apple TV 4k

I have 3 x Apple TV 4k. I have downloaded new app on each Apple box. Signed out of each NOW TV . Gone into manage devices & reinstalled them. All worked when I did it but now its telling me to sign out but can't make any amendments because I've reached maximum until January. Any advice please?

What @gavs82008 said!  The folks at online chat will reset the counter for you. I’ve had to do this a couple of times in the past myself so I can vouch for the accuracy of the advice.

Best option is to get in touch with Now TV staff via Live chat

(make sure you click “chat online” within the green box)

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
