I have updated my TalkTalk To fibre optic. I have a separate account with Now TV which before the changeover worked ok on YouView, However the update included a replacement of TalkTalk Tv to Netgem. Although the Netgem has the facilty to log in it will not accept my input to get it to work. However, NOW works on my tablet so I know that my password etc is correct. TalkTalk have been no help. Anyone can give me advice.

You are probably best to reach out to the TalkTalk community forums. I have a Netgem box from them and I logged in to the NOW player fine. The same details as I use for any other device.
Just one more thing: you say "separate" account, have you set up a NOW service directly with TalkTalk?
