Poor stream quality

The stream quality has recently gotten so bad it's unwatchable. I've got an LG CX and i'm getting about 75mbps download speeds and whereas my  stream quality used to be 7000 odd it's now down to around 4000 even though i'm paying extra for nowtv boost

Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app? 

Worst case you can set the TV back to factory settings. This often squashes bugs on the system.

Then there is live chat to report the issue with Now TV staff
