Poor Picture Quality Samsung TV

I am watching Babylon Berlin on my Samsung TV and every so often I am getting really bad pixelation.

I have TV connected to TPLink mesh with wifi network speed between 80 - 100 mbps.

Ookla Speedtest video test reports max resolution of 2160p

I have Now Boost.

I do not have this issue with any other app on the Samsung.

Has anyone had this issue? Found a fix?

Have you cleared the data/cache from the app?

Have you done a reboot to your router?

Have you done a reboot to your TV?

You don’t do it in the app, it’s via settings on the TV itself.
