im watching the game on Sky Sports Football but the Picture is really bad, it’s not HD.
anyone also suffering this?

What device are you using? Is it Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
All devices are supported by 720p which is HD, just not full HD.

It’s via Ethernet.
Just tried the BT Sports app and PQ is fantastic compared to the NOW TV stream.
its like the old days of watching videos online, blurry.

Without boost your stuck to 720p 25fps which will s*ck for sport streams.
Do you have boost? Depending on the device this will help with Sky Sports and give you 50fps.

Seeing you have used the Youview label are you using a BT Youview box or a TalkTalk box.
If it's a TalkTalk box is it the new 4K version?
