Pixelating on Nat Geo

i”m currently watching airport security 22:00 Monday 1/6/20  & I”m experiencing pixelation / faceting to the picture, I’m watching via the app on my Samsung smart tv  via Ethernet connection on a 35 mbps fibre service, the stream rate is 4831

i shouldn’t be experiencing this & the customer support service is non existent at the moment,I’m extremely disappointed especially so that this isn’t a free service it’s damn expensive for what rubbish is provided without issues like this

Well I emailed the executive team & received a generalised reply apologising & directing me to help articles that are of noxious use to me, I doesn’t cease to amaze me how Sky just aren’t interested in complaints about this substandard service & how they aren’t interested in looking into why this happens
