PIN Code not working

I have just tried to reset my pin as I had forgotten it. This has been done and accepted on the website, however, when I put it in on the app on my TV it is saying it is wrong. I have come out of the app and back in but it is still refusing to accept it as correct. Is there anything I can do to get it to work?

Try clearing the app cache. 
Try unplugging the TV for a few minutes.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Hi @DG1 

Bit of a long shot power down the TV at the mains plug for say 2 minutes.

Also I am assuming you only have one NOW account and it's the native NOW App on your LG Smart TV and not using a Youview box which uses a different Parental Pin code from NOW which is default 1234 ?
