Oooops something went wrong

I’ve had this message for a week now and it’s so frustrating can’t watch at all. Tried turning off/on, unplugged device and nothing has worked.....help!

Should the Oops message be showing on all NowTV content then perhaps power off your Router for about 30 minutes to allow the Router to acquire a new IP address.

Have you managed to sort this problem? This has been going on for 4 weeks now and I cant get it sorted not get now tv to sort it!
