For the past 6-7 weeks, I have been unable to watch any NowTV content on my Samsung UE40JU7000 smart tv. I can access all the menus, programme information etc., but can't watch any content. I had no problems for the first few weeks of my subscription and can access anything on my father's UE40MU6400 or on my tablet.
I have reinstalled the NowTV app twice, and reset the SmartHub twice (annoying, as you need to reinstall and/or sign back into all the other apps on the TV), to no avail, as the same error crops up every time.
I can't seem to access online chat (the button just greys out whenever I press it) and the customer services helpline number is extremely well-hidden, so I'm asking the community, how to solve error 311, please?
