Nowtv

I’m so frustrated right now. Not only does the service cost £12 but it doesn’t f***ing work, you can’t type without it messing up, you can’t fast forward, rewind without the whole thing freezing, subtitles are wrong and from searching up the problem it doesn’t seem you have any intent on fixing it, wtf!

Can you explain what device your talking about? 

NOW is on many devices outside of NOW branded boxes and sticks.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

What sort of smart TV, make?

Have you deleted the app on both devices?

Have unplugged your router for a few minutes?

Have you done a restart to the Tv?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
