See if the courier company haven't left somewhere a delivery card with instructions or check with your neighbours that they haven't left the package with them.
Double check outside if the courier hasn't left the box behind or inside your bin (i have had this happen to me in the past, not with nowtv mind where i believe nowtv use the Royal Mail for the majority of their deliveries).
If there is no sign of the parcel and your tracking number confirms delivery, then i would notify nowtv by either live chat or drop them a message on this link below.
