Nowtv keeps coming up saying streaming error -v2017 and wont play

I've got the now tv app on my talk talk youview box but it keeps saying streaming error . Please exit and retry - v2017 and it's still not working . Really frustrating . Any one got any advice many thanks sue

Is the YouView box connected to your router over Ethernet or WiFi ?

Have you tried rebooting both your YouView box and Router by switching the power off to them for about a minute and if using Ethernet disconnect the cable at both ends then re connect the Ethernet cable again.

Then switch back on the router first, let it go through it's reboot start up process then switch back on your YouView box.
