I watch via a smart tv and it keeps saying it's currently unavailable, the last few weeks it's been intermittent and just freezes, what's going on? I have 3 passes so dont want to waste them.
I have fast fibre broadband so that's not an issue as everything else works fine, I have even tries boosting the signal on the tv but still the same.
Are they having issues ?

Ok so a final suggestion and it’s extreme but when I had an LG TV it often fixed any issues I had a with Now TV.
Was to perform a factory reset to the the TV.
Hate to say that with Now TV there is no customer phone number, as it’s reserved for broadband customers only. Your 2 options is Live chat and send an email to customer support.
Hopefully the factory reset will sort it out for you.

Does anyone ever get a reply if they email customer services?
as I emailed them yesterday and again today—no reply so far?

If i am being honest I don’t know what the ETA on replies are with Now TV, I’d say give them a few days. With Broadband I understand this might not be of help.
