Nowtv down?

I watch via a smart tv and it keeps saying it's currently unavailable,  the last few weeks it's been intermittent and just freezes, what's going on? I have 3 passes so dont want to waste them.

I have fast fibre broadband so that's not an issue as everything else works fine, I have even tries boosting the signal on the tv but still the same.

Are they having issues ?

Ok so a final suggestion and it’s extreme but when I had an LG TV it often fixed any issues I had a with Now TV. 

Was to perform a factory reset to the the TV. 

Hate to say that with Now TV there is no customer phone number, as it’s reserved for broadband customers only. Your 2 options is Live chat and send an email to customer support. 

Hopefully the factory reset will sort it out for you.

Is your box up to date with the latest software? 

Have you tried unplugging your box and also router for a few minutes?

 

Worst case is to perform a factory reset to the device. This is extreme but well proven to squash random bugs.

Thanks for replying,  I dont have a box it's on smart tv, the router has been reset and all up to date on software for tv

Ah yes you did say in your original post, my apologies. 

Ok what TV are you using? 

Are you able to delete and reinstall the app?

 

Again unplugging the TV could do the trick as well.

It's an LG smart tv, gone through all settings with it , have done the unplugging before when I had problems but getting worse , I think I may have to call them 🙄

Can someone please give me the email address for customer support as my broadband is very poor and my landline and mobile will not work!!

Does anyone ever get a reply if they email customer services?

as I emailed them yesterday and again today—no reply so far?

If i am being honest I don’t know what the ETA on replies are with Now TV, I’d say give them a few days. With Broadband I understand this might not be of help.
