@Anonymous User Samsung TV's and mobiles normally come with an app called 'smart things' that allow Samsung smart devices to connect. I'm pretty sure though that the NowTV app blocks screen mirroring to prevent people on a mobile only pass from using a tv screen.
Try the smart things app on the tv and if it doesn't work you'll need a Chromecast (providing you subscribe to the full pass and not a mobile only pass).
