NowTV has stopped working on my Samsung picture frame TV, It was working Saturday evening however on Sunday when I selected the app, it goes to a black screen and nothing happens.
I have removed the app, reset the TV etc multiple times and it has not made a difference. I can use the app on my phone, laptop and another TV however it will not work on the Samsung picture frame TV. I also deactivated this as a NowTV device (after trying the above) and this hasn't made a difference either.
Can you please help with how to fix the issue?
