NowTV app won't cast to Lenovo Smart Display but iPlayer and Netflix will.

I am unable to (Chrome)cast to my Lenovo Smart Display - a Chromecast device - from my NowTV apps on Android or IOS.

 

But, I am able to (Chrome)cast to my Lenovo Smart Display from BBC's iPlayer apps and from the Netflix apps.

 

I am able to (Chrome)cast to my TV's Chromecast stick from my NowTV apps.

 

That Chromecasting to the Lenovo smart Display works from other Chromecast capable apps implies that this is an issue with NowTV's app not fully supporting the Chromecast standard.

 

Can this be escalated to the devs responsible please?
