Now tv on my bt box my hayu I just purchased is not showing, I already have movies

I have movies already and I just purchased hayu package and it is not showing on my now tv app on my tv through my bt vision box I've updated . Been trying for the last three hours , I've checked I received my receipt email so I know that I've definitely got it. So it's only showing movies and there is no options for anything else

The BT YouView box only allows streaming of the NowTV cinema pass, you cannot stream Entertainment, Kids, Sport or the new Hayu passes.

There is supposed to be a deal between Sky and BT (no date announced) which will allow all passes to be available in the future.

Your most cost effective solution would be a Now Stick, it would also give you a better quality cinema experience.

Tried my black now tv box it works on that but not white boxes

Hi The Hayu pass for the moment only works on select number of devices the white box is not included, a list of compatible devices can be found here: https://help.nowtv.com/article/hayu-month-pass
