Now tv not working on my Youview box.

I have just signed up with now tv and i cant get it to work on my you view box it just keeps coming up with error message yvm105.

Please help

Can you please provide us with a bit more information:

 

Does the error message come up when you try to sign in or when you try to watch a movie?

 

If it's when you try to watch a movie, does it happen with all movies or is it one in particular?

Mine is the same the error code is ym105 it as been like this for a week I am paying for something I can't watch

Thanks fr getting in touch, sorry to hear that you have had issues with your YouView box. This error ode is a YouView code. Please have a look at some steps you can try
