Now tv not working on my Samsung tv

Hi all 

My now tv has stopped working on my tv. It was working fine yesterday but now when I load up a program to watch it loads then cuts off and doesn't so any error messages. I have uninstall the app and then reinstalled it but still not work. Has anybody got any ideas on what could do next. Thanks

I have finally solved the issue on my tv by disconnecting the WiFi connection and then re entering the WiFi connection

Wouldn't it be great if someone from now tv actually emailed me back!! If they don't and can't cure it I'm not keeping the old box I will just go elsewhere

I don’t have a NOW TV box - I just have the downloaded app

I have an old box, I've had to get it back out, it works? But the TV app still gives me a white screen when trying to load a programme and goes back to the menu
