Now tv issue

I have now tv already on my TV, and it keeps saying unable to load 10 mins into every episode. I’m thinking about cancelling my subscription. Does this happen to a lot of you

I have the app on my LG and Samsung tv and have not experienced this before. Someone should be along to give you some troubleshooting tips.

 

In the meantime I would do the usual and reboot your TV to see if that helps any....first rule of IT...turn it off and on again...which is my limit of knowledge 😁
